What are their main products?
As a provider of airport services the company identifies six business 'streams' including: airport management, building projects, railways, retail, property, and consultancy services. Fly in to or out from any of the BAA-owned airports and you'll certainly be using BAA's services; but you may also have been a customer if you've used the Heathrow Express rail link from London Paddington to Heathrow Airport. BAA financed and built this £450 million link, own the infrastructure and rolling stock. The train operating company that runs services on the rail link is a subsidiary of BAA.
