By how much has the number of employees grown over the past five years?
In 2001 Cafédirect was listed in the Inner City 100 list of fastest growing inner city
companies. In order to qualify for the index, the company had to fulfil a number of
criteria, including job creation, social responsibility and turnover growth since 1996.
Over the past five years Cafédirect's turnover has grown by 148% to £7.2m and the
number employees has risen from three to 15.
