Question: My mother drinks non-Fairtrade tea - what can I say to persuade her to change to Teadirect?
Cecilia: I can advise your mother to taste our tea so she knows how good it is!

Question: How is Teadirect different to every other tea company?
Cecilia: It is different because of Fairtrade. The extra money we get as a premium. Also they give advice to our tea farmers. Teadirect care more about the farmers than the others who buy our tea, we promise to work hard for them and to produce quality tea!

Question: Do you sell Fairtrade tea in Tanzania or only in Europe?
Cecilia: I sell it to the tea factory in Tanzania, Teadirect buy from there. Fairtrade products are in lots of countries but Teadirect products are only in the UK and Ireland for now.

Question: And where can we buy Teadirect in the UK and how can we tell if something is a Fairtrade product?
Cecilia: My tea is sold in the supermarkets and other shops. My tea has the Fairtrade mark on it so you can see that it is Fairtrade.

Question: Does all Fairtrade tea come from Tanzania?
Cecilia: Teadirect tea is from Uganda, Kenya and my country Tanzania. Other places do grow tea that is Fairtrade.
