What is the company structure?

Kettleby Foods has a structure similar to that of the other divisions in the group. As an autonomous business in its own right, the company has 4 directors - a Managing Director, Finance Director, Production Director and a Commercial Director.

The business has five senior managers - Personnel, Technical, Engineering, Product Development and Purchasing.

The production section has the following organisational structure:
