What and how many staff do you employ?

I have no staff. My husband works hard behind the scenes, and can operate up front if necessary (e.g. if I visit China). I have help from my sister in China, doing stuff like contact management and housekeeping and data input that can be done over the Internet. Some computer/website stuff is outsourced via a student at Sunderland University. I outsource some public relations (PR) and some marketing".
