How is the company structured?

As a sole trader Jilly is the owner. She also manages the staff. The company employs 8 stylists, 2 receptionists, Paul (Jilly's husband) and an accountant. Paul helps with aspects of the business but is not a registered owner. As a sole trader, therefore, the ownership and management structure is very simple.
