What distribution methods does the business use?
Purely Organic's trout are available to buy from the farm direct, through the network of Farmers' Markets that have spread throughout the UK, and via mail order.
To supply the organic food box market, the firm uses refrigerated vehicles to transport the goods to Abel and Cole, one of the leading organic box companies.
A combination of refrigerated road and air transport will be required to meet demand from the Russian market.
