What staff does Spextacular employ?
As a new business start up, Chris does not employ any staff at present, although her husband, Mike, helps out at busy times. However, as the business grows, she expects to take staff on. She wishes to be an age-positive employer since she believes the best person for the job should be appointed regardless of their age. In the meantime, Chris contracts out those specialist jobs such as accountancy, solicitor and web development. She also has contracts with optical manufacturers for the making of the prescription lenses.
