TUC
Visit: The TUC

Where is the TUC based and where are its representative offices?

Congress House

The TUC's head office is based at Congress House in Great Russell Street in the centre of London.

The TUC has regional staff in England, Wales and Scotland who support TUC campaigns and provide information and services to trade unions locally.

The regional secretaries service Regional Councils and the Wales TUC. Trade unions in each region are represented on the Regional Councils and their Executive Committees.

Regional education officers provide a programme of courses through the TUC Education Service for unions locally. In some areas the Education Service also works with schools and colleges so that young people can learn about trade unions and employment rights.

Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own separate organisations - the Scottish TUC and the Northern Ireland Committee of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions. The TUC works closely with these organisations.

A full list of addresses of national and regional TUC offices is available.
