How is the TUC financed?

The TUC is funded by annual subscriptions paid by the affiliated unions. Additional income is generated through the sale of publications, property rental and investment income.

In 2002, the TUC had an income of £22,567,691. Its total expenditure was £21,986,341, giving an operating surplus of £581,350.
