Call centre agents tend to have the following profiles:
- Female workers in their mid to late 20s
- Remain in the job for almost 3 years
- Earning £12,000 to £13,000 with an extra £1000 to £2000 with experience
- Team leaders generally supervise between ten and fifteen staff and earn approximately £18,000
- Managers have approximately 4.5 years of service and earn upwards of £27,000
- There is an equal gender split for management
