The UK Housing Market - The Report
You have now covered a wide range of aspects of the housing market. Your task is to pull together the research you have carried out and complete the report outlined in the introduction. Remember to ensure you use appropriate data to support your points and to reference any sources that you quote. If you simply copy and paste things you are plagiarising. By all means use the information that the Web makes available to you but always acknowledge where you got your source.
For example: If I want to quote from a resource (in this case it is from Biz/ed), I would reference it in the following manner:
"The market value of some people's houses fell below the amount of their mortgage. When home owners cannot repay their mortgages by selling their properties, they fall into what is known as 'negative equity'. Unable to meet monthly mortgage payments, or to sell and move to a cheaper house, many people defaulted on their loans and repossessions soared."
