Research ProjectEmployer/Employee Rights and ResponsibilitiesThe aim of this project is to improve your skills at researching a topic area and to produce a short report on the issue concerned. In so doing, you will learn to use the Internet more effectively in searching for and using information and also to become more familiar with the range of resources we have on the Biz/ed site to help you in your studies. The subject of this project is employer and employee rights and responsibilities. Your TaskYou will look at a specific business or industry and investigate the extent to which that industry or business adapts its organisation and working situation to meet the demands of legislation associated with employer and employee rights and responsibilities. The report should be in the region of 4000 words. |
