The Chancellor officially launches the Stock Exchange Electronic Trading System (SETS), which introduces electronic order-driven trading for the FTSE 1 00 index. The initiative will bring the biggest changes to the London Stock Exchange since the 'Big Bang' reforms of October 1986.
