Aim:

To investigate and analyse the development and structure of the cruise sector of the travel and tourism industry. The lesson will focus on the key milestones in the development of cruising, the structure of the industry, consumer demand for cruise holidays, some of the key issues and the main trends in the sector.

Learning Objectives:

By participating in this lesson students should be able to:
