Retail Travel Operations - Lesson Plan
This resource is designed specifically for Unit 7 of the Edexcel BTEC National qualification 'Retail Travel Operations', although it will be of relevance to centres following other awarding bodies' programmes.
Aim
To investigate and analyse the UK's retail travel environment. The lesson will focus on the structure of the industry, ongoing trends and the impact of these trends on the retail travel sector.
