This resource is designed specifically for Unit 7 of the Edexcel BTEC National qualification 'Retail Travel Operations', although it will be of relevance to centres following other awarding bodies' programmes.
Aim
To carry out a more detailed investigation of the UK's retail travel environment. The lesson will focus on the role of technology, consumer tastes and economic pressure and the impact of these trends on the retail travel sector.
