By participating in this session, students should be able to:

- Research from a wide range of resources.
- Know the industry changes that are affecting tour operators in the UK.
- Analyse the different types of holiday rep jobs that exist.
- Understand the recruiting process for holiday
- Create a skills profile for a holiday rep.
- Evaluate the benefits and costs of working as a holiday rep.
