The Wait...

You have finished the examination, you have entered your answers and were able to check your answers with ours. How did you get on? If you got all 10 correct, you have a very good chance of promotion; if you got 7 or more, your promotion will all depend on how you have performed during your time in the office.

In many organisations, it is not just your knowledge that counts but how well you integrate with the rest of the team that works with you. If you scored more than 7 out of 10 in the examination, you can go on to the next department - if you got less than 7 then you need to go back and check that you understand where you made mistakes!

Once you have done this and feel confident about the material, you can go to the next department.
