Functional Areas of a Business - The Importance of Working Together

The previous task might give you some idea of how complicated it is to make sure all the different parts of the business work. It is very important, though, to understand how all these parts fit together.

Task 4

For example, if the government decided on a new regulation that specified the temperature that cooked meat must be kept at in the factory, then a number of different departments would be involved.

Print out the page and cut out each of the sentences below. See if you can decide the order in which the different functions of the business would have to work to make sure that the regulation was enforced.
