Look at the two situations described below. They are different. In each one, which departments are involved? What do these departments have to do? Write a sentence to describe each action of each department. Some of these actions go together. Draw arrows to show these links. Now write some more sentences to describe these links.

Scenario 1:
Kettleby Foods receive a notice from Tesco that they want a new size of the shepherds pies to be made which can cater for a whole family.

Scenario 2:
The HR department have decided that there will be a change to shift patterns to try to make sure that production is increased.
