Accounting and Finance - Finance

The subject of macro-level finance forms a significant part of the accounting and finance areas of an MBA course. This section suggests links to a number of both UK and wider focused Web sites covering this area.

Bank of England

The Bank of England, as the manager of the UK economy, generates a huge amount of national statistics. The Bank has systematically provided access to much of this information through its Web site, including details of the activities of the Monetary Policy Committee. The site also includes data and forecasts on the money supply and demand, details of when key economic indicators (such as inflation figures) are made available and all the Bank's press releases. This site is updated on a daily basis.
