The primary advantages of this approach are the speed with which materials can be updated and the possibility of looking at issues from several perspectives.

Institute of Operations Management

This site contains information about the Institute of Operations Management (IOM), including its aims and objectives, lists of activities, a profile of its membership, and a calendar of events. The IOM provides a number of qualifications in the field of production and operations management, which are briefly described, together with a list of educational institutions which offer these courses. There are a number of links to related sites on the Web.
