There are a small number of online guides to strategy development. NASA Strategic Management HandbookThe most impressive example of an online strategy guide is the one published by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). This is a comprehensive approach to formal strategic planning for a large government agency. By working through the guide it is possible to develop a close understanding of how to pursue a formal strategy process. The usefulness of the site is limited by its context (in the US, in a public sector organisation) but this is nevertheless an absolutely essential strategy resource on the Web.
