Strategy - Learning and KnowledgeOrganisational learning and knowledge management are two topics at the cutting edge of strategic management. Increasingly, competitive success is seen as being derived from the use of firms' resources (the so-called resource-based view of the firm), including their knowledge bases. Indeed, knowledge is now often seen as the most important resource for organisations, because it is so difficult to transfer or copy. A Business Researcher's Interests (BRINT)This is a very impressive collection of resources and links about various aspects of business. From the main page, click on the topic Knowledge Management. To get a good introduction to knowledge management, follow links to WWW Virtual Library on Knowledge Management. Most of the resources in this part of the site are worth exploring. One proviso: many of the resources are primarily aimed at a practitioner rather than an academic audience. Other parts of the BRINT site are also well worth exploring.
