Kwik-Stop Tyres and Exhausts want to find out how long customers have to wait for the servicing on their vehicles to be completed. With this knowledge the firm hopes to be able to develop their staff's skills and compete in this very crowded market.

They study the work carried out over a month and produce the following service time table.
