Welcome to the Virtual Bank of Biz/ed. The bank is a Virtual Bank and looks at the role of banks and central banks in the management of the economy and also the services that banks offer to support business. There are two main sections to the site. Follow the links below to the section you are interested in:

• Business - this section of the bank looks at how the policies of the banks and the central bank may affect businesses. This is targeted mainly at business students and looks at the external business environment, finance and business planning.
• Economics - this section looks at the role that the banks and other financial institutions and a central bank play in the management of the economy. This is targeted mainly at those studying economics and looks at money, monetary policy, inflation, markets and the role of Europe.
