Teachers' Guide

The Virtual Developing Country has an extensive range of teaching materials. We hope you will be able to use them to help in whatever course you teach. There are materials that are suitable for use with Economics courses, Geography courses, and Social Studies courses.

The site is broken down into five field trips. Each field trip explores a number of development issues relating to that area of study. In each there is a range of resources that can be used in the study of economic development. Teachers are encouraged to pick and choose materials that they think appropriate for the students they are teaching.
